    Unibroue Brewery is a craft brewery in Chambly, Quebec, Canada. It was established by Andre Dion and Serge Racine in around 1990 when they recognized the popularity of craft beers on the market. They originally owned the Brasserie Masswippi and eventually merged with Unibroue in 1992. Unibroue Brewery has always made it to a goal to create specialty beers that would meet the market’s demands. By 1998, the brewery became focus on crafting beers with use of lager, fresh ingredients and low fermentation method. Beers, such as the Blonde U, La Bolduc and Ephemere came through, which reflects the brewery’s steady success.
