Shipping Information

We currently provide shipping exclusively to the contiguous United States, encompassing the lower 48 states. Regrettably, we do not extend our services to the following destinations:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International addresses
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

For orders designated to any of the above areas, a full refund will be issued, and the order will be promptly canceled.

Delivery Address Options: Choose between home or business addresses for delivery, with a preference for business locations.

Order Processing Time: Please anticipate a processing window of 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and the date of purchase) before your order is dispatched. During peak periods or special releases, such as music band-themed beers, delays may occur, and your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Tracking Details: Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email, enabling you to monitor your shipment's journey.

UPS will make three delivery attempts, and if no one is available after the third attempt, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will process a refund for you, deducting the shipping costs and applying a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping Logistics: We do not handle shipping logistics directly. Any concerns related to delays or lost packages during transit should be directed to the assigned shipping carrier.
