Carne Humana White 2014

The Carne Humana White Blend is co-fermented and barrel-aged as a single blend. Appearance: It is pale straw with brilliant green hues. Aroma: Intense fruit aromas of citrus blossom, melon, pineapple and guava with hints of flint or wet river stones. Mouth Feel: Crisp and dry on the palate with a focused acidity, hints of minerality and tropical fruit highlights. It is medium-bodied with a long, fresh finish.
