That’s right! This beer has them all. Every type of peach, nectarine, and apricot that the Masumoto Family grows. Last year was the 10 year anniversary of Chris Quiroga from Woodshop Beer Co starting this crazy journey and bringing Masumoto fruit into the beer community. And in honor of that we created this delicious beverage. As the 2020 fruit season progressed, we added 70 lbs of each variety into one oak barrel, and eventually combined all 10 barrels into one cohesive blend. Blossom has a medium acidity, and obviously a ton of complex stone fruit flavor.
