Citra is one of our favorite hops. For the first time we were able to select our favorite lot of citra from several farms across the Pacific North West. It has the same qualities that we have come to love about citra but adds a lovely ethereal peach dimension. Fluctuation Wave takes our beloved DIPA Fluctuation, supersizes the hop bill, adds a touch of lactose, and uses our revised hop process. The tasting notes for this are simple: This beer is the DIPA version of Straight Outta The Laboratory on peach (no fruit was actually used) with even more EQ juice and a smooth lactose finish.
