This week Omnipollo graced us with two new version of Fatamorgana.  The Galaxy edition and a Nelson Sauvin version.  The original Fatamorgana drew  inspiration from the fidelity of a saison — rustic, alluringly cloudy and crisp — an imperial IPA that was brewed using oats and wheat. Dry-hopped twice and completely untouched post fermentation to preserve aroma and flavor.  These two new variation on Fatamorgana showcase how well Omnipollo does unfiltered IPAs.  Check them out Here.
