Legalities aren’t necessarily exciting, but we at Craft Beer Kings don’t want to leave anything up to your imagination. We strive to make it a clear-cut process when you order beer online (or order wine or anything else we offer online). Thus, you’ll find detailed terms and conditions below filled with everything you’ve probably never thought of when buying craft beer online came to mind.
Using this website constitutes an agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. We reserve the rights to change, alter, and modify said conditions.
By purchasing on the Craft Beer Kings website, you agree that you are a responsible adult of legal drinking age, which is 21 years of age or over.
Craft Beer Kings is an online beer store. We do not make any suggestions or intimate the right of any individual to import alcoholic beverages over state lines. Every alcoholic beverage sold through Craft Beer Kings is sold in California.
Craft Beer Kings is not liable for any damage to goods caused by weather conditions, accidents, or natural disasters during transportation. Other events for which we are not to be held liable include catastrophes such as, but not limited to:
- Plane crashes.
- Unforeseeable delays or accidents.
- Destruction due to domestic and international unrest (i.e. riots, war, public enemies).
- Confiscation, quarantine or natural disaster.

The experienced staff of the shipping department at Craft Beer Kings takes every precaution to insure safe transit of goods requested by our customers. If you wish to ship in any other way than as advised by the Craft Beer Kings online department, we will do so only with a completed liability release form, which we can fax or email to you.
At the moment of writing this document, we only ship to most of the contiguous US (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to the following:
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- Any international addresses
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
If you place an order to be shipped to any of the areas stated above, you will receive a full refund and your order will be canceled.
We can have your order delivered to a home or business address, although a business address is often preferable.
Your order will be processed between 5 and 10 business days (not calendar days) before being shipped. Please be advised that during Holidays or with special releases, such as music band beers, there might be delays in fulfilling orders. Please, be patient.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number by email where you can check the progress of the order.
Changing Shipping Address
If you need to change the delivery address of an order for any reason whatsoever, please notify us as soon as possible before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, rerouting or stopping is not possible. See also cancelling an order below.
Cancelling An Order
If you cancel your order before being shipped, you will receive a complete refund within 24 to 48 hours.
Shipped orders can not be cancelled or rerouted and no refunds will be provided in such scenario.
Please contact us in advance.
Refused or Returned Orders By Shipping Carrier
In case you, the customer, refuse delivery of an order or, if the carrier sends the package back to us due to being unable to deliver the package, you will receive a partial refund of the total of the purchased products. This excludes shipping and handling expenses and a 25% restocking fee.
NO HOLDS OR TIME SENSITIVE REQUESTS. We ship out orders as soon as they are ready. Due to our high volume of orders we do not honor any hold requests, neither can we guarantee a specific day or time in which an order will be delivered. No exceptions.
NO COMBINED SHIPPING. If you place multiple orders on our site, we will ship each order individually. This is in case any issues should arise with any of the orders, we can address them each separately.
We do not control the delivery date / time of any order. Once the package is in control of the shipping carrier, we can not alter how long it will take to be delivered, we can only have access to the same information you have while tracking the order. Please track your package in the respective website.
Upgrades And Stock
Our order volume is really high and some of the items you order might run out of stock. If that's the case, we will contact you by email for you to let us know how to proceed with the order with the following options:
- Upgrade the missing item(s) for another product of the same style.
- Upgrades are made with products of equal or greater value of the items to be replaced.
- Upgrades are also free of charge in case the upgrade product is more expensive or heavier.
- Upgrades are left to the discretion of the shipping / beer specialist in charge of the order.
- If you want to exchange the missing item for something else that may vary too much (price, weight, presentation, etc.), then this is considered a Replacement (see below).
- Wait for us to receive the next delivery from our providers. Please be advised that it may take up to one week for this option.
- Refund the missing item(s).
- Or, worse case scenario, refund the entire order.
If you don't reply within 2 business days we will refund the missing items and ship the order with what is in stock.
Please keep in mind that If you want to replace any product of a unshipped order you have placed, there may be additional costs and / or shipping expenses to be collected based on the price and weight of the new product.
Every shipment of alcohol MUST be signed for by an adult, 21 years or older. No exceptions!
In the event that no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, the order may be attempted to be redelivered or will be held at your local shipping office. If no attempt to claim the order is made or redelivery fails, the order is returned to our warehouse.
After receiving your package, if there are any issues with your order such as damaged or missing products, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving regarding the issue. After this period is over, we are not to be held responsible for any issues.
Your order will be ready for pick up after 1 day. You will receive an email with confirmation that your order is ready for pick up, only then you can pick your order up.
You have up to six months from the time of purchase to pick up your online order. After that, the merchandise will be restocked and refunds will not be provided.
If for any reason you want to return a product or package, other than it being a mistake on our behalf, you will have to cover the shipping costs of the return. Any product that has been opened cannot be returned.
Refunds, in such scenarios, will be assessed based on the circumstances of the return and the state of the returned product upon arrival.
No rain checks. We reserve the right to limit quantities in whatever manner we see fit.
Price Changes and Description Errors
Prices subject to change without prior notice. Craft Beer Kings is not responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to change incorrect pricing.
Bottle sizes subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to change descriptions and bottle sizes when they are incorrect due to typographical errors or size changes made by brewery or winery.
We are not liable for damages to orders due to weather conditions during shipping. Potential heat exposure during warm weather conditions and extreme cold during the winter months may damage items during shipping.
In case of extreme weather conditions, we recommend that you choose any of the express services (if available) from FedEx as your shipping option. We can not hold your order until weather conditions improve due to our high order volume.
Gift card are virtual items and they are sent to the specified receipient's email once you check out. At the moment we do not support physical gift cards to be shipped by regular mail.
All gift card expire after 6 months of purchase date. Expired gift cards will not be refunded. All gift card sales are final, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Licensing Your Content to Craft Beer Kings
By posting, publishing, uploading, or distributing any messages, data, information, text graphics, photos, links, content, or other materials (collectively, the "Postings") for use on this Site, you grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) Craft Beer Kings and its affiliates an irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, and publicly display the Postings in any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed. You agree that you shall have no recourse against Craft Beer Kings for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in the Postings you provide to Craft Beer Kings. You also warrant that any "moral rights" in posted materials have been waived, and that you are not entitled to any compensation for such use.
Content Property Ownership
Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any license or right, by implication, or otherwise, under copyright or other intellectual property rights. All copyright in the contents of the site, including but not limited to publications, graphics, blogs, and all other property on the Site (collectively, the "Content"), are owned by Craft Beer Kings or its licensors.
Our rights to the content are protected by national and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and treaties. The extent of your license to use the content on the site is limited to your own personal use. Your commercial use of the content is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke your license and terminate your access rights to the site with or without notice to you at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your express violation of the limited license provided to you.
Craft Beer Kings reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of our Terms and Conditions and to take any action we deem appropriate including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties, and disclosing any information necessary to appropriate persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.
