High Water Brewing Company is a local brewery in Chico, California. It is the product of Steve Altmari’s and John Anthony’s passion and love for beers and unique flavors. After 15 years of successful career as a brewer, Steve decided to invest on his own brewing business. He partnered up with John who shares the same goal as Steve. The High Water Brewing Company was born with a mission to deliver high quality of beers that are innovative and creative for the craft beer community’s satisfaction. Use of fresh hops, malt, barley, ales and spring water is the backbone of the brewery’s outstanding list of beers.
