Tiny Scissors is our freshest addition to our West Coast IPA line, this time putting Michigan Chinook, Citra Cryo, and the stickiest Columbus hops on full display. Brewed with a clean malt bill that provides structure and crispness, intense aromas of lychee, papaya, and diesel jump out of the glass. A moderate bitterness is built using high oil Centennial in early stages, before we finish with a burst of Citra and Mosiac INCOGNITO (a cool new high aroma extraction!). Enjoy the good old days.
