After the boiling process, the mead is included in the ingredient for three weeks of fermentation. It takes about six months for mead to reach maturity, before it is ready for consumption. Mead is the type of drink that gets better over time. Dansk Mjød Brewery takes pride in its mead production process. Its recipes root back in 1700s. Beer ingredients used in the Dansk Mjød brewery are considered pure, one hundred percent natural and without additives that allow them to craft fine qualities of beers.
