Founded in 2015, New World Ales strives to make traditional American ales of the highest quality. We are much more than your typical microbrewery; we are a group of brewers, artists, and farmers that want to bring small batch artisanal ales back to San Jose and the surrounding Bay Area. Our unique combination of scientific and practical knowledge allows us to craft exceptional beers using traditional methods, such as gravity brewing and bottle conditioning, and the highest quality ingredients, such as our own estate grown hops.
