New Fruit, Bigger Box Imperial Sour Blonde Ale with Pineapple, Mango, and Guava. We started with kettle souring a unique base of malted two row, wheat, and oats, fermented it out with our hazy yeast blend, and hit it with an absurd amount of pineapple, mango, and guava - nearly 1/4 of the final beer will be fruit! - to create a unique and delicious tropical treat
