This super crispy refresher was brewed with German and North American Pilsner malts and a touch of brown rice and Saphir hops, lending a crackery malt presence, notes of citrus peel, and a light but balancing hop bitterness. In a nod to German brewing tradition, this little adjunct lager was Krausened with a yet-to-be-released batch of pilsner - which subtly adds to the delicate floral hop character. Crushable, effervescent, and equally ready for adventure or just going with the flow.
