Weihenstephan Brewery is a microbrewery located in Bavaria, Germany. The place was originally a Benedictine monastery. The brewery is often and currently named as The Bavarian State Brewery. Its history started as early as 1040. Weihenstephan Brewery crafts different flavors of pale lagers and wheat beers. The brewery is recognized for its combination of traditional and contemporary and ever changing brewing methods.
