Hapa's Seven Sisters

The 12th beer in the Hapa's Brewing Nebula Series of hazy IPAs. Seven Sisters is an open star cluster in the constellation Taurus. We combined four of our favorite hops, Citra, Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Bru-1, in this juice bomb. All these hops were added post boil and in two massive dry hop additions. The result is tons of fruit aroma and flavor with very little bitterness. We turned things up by fermenting this beer with a Norwegian Kveik Yeast that beautifully compliments the hops.
