Modern Times Coffee Bourbon Barrel-Aged Ethiopia Hambela
The natural-process beans for this magical cold brew were grown between 1900-2200 meters by a rad 3rd-generation family-owned farm in Ethiopia's Guji Zone. Once we got a hold of them, they were aged in fragrant, oaky bourbon barrels to yield a cup with beautiful notes of mixed berries, rich chocolate, and luxurious oak. It's a beautiful assemblage of flavors and aromas that's both decadent and extremely refreshing. Pour it over ice and prepare to be impressed.
