Flocculative Tendencies is a flavor forward West Coast Double IPA loaded with a 4.4 lb per bbl combo of hand selected Citra and Simcoe hops. Flocculation is the brewing term for yeast and other particles in a beer settling out and dropping to the bottom of the tank, thus naturally clarifying the beer.
