Hazy India Pale Ale bursting with Mosaic, Amarillo & Summit hops. Intense mango, pine, citrus and dankness.For this ale, we wanted to focus on ridiculous flavor and aroma while keeping the bitterness in check. To do this, we employed a technique called “hop-bursting”. Sounds pretty cool, right? We agree. This means literally 95% of the hops are added after the boiling process. The result is the nose of this beer offering massive aromas of mango, citrus, peach, pine, berries and dankness, and all while – you guessed it – not being punishingly bitter!
