Equilibrium dHop30

The next hop combination for our experimental series is Zappa and Citra. This is the first time we’ve used the relatively new hop Zappa in DIPA form. We started off with flaked oats and white wheat before a whirlpool and dry hop of both Citra and Zappa. dHop30 pours hazy yellow with an aromas of Valencia orange, passion fruit, and grape big league chew. Flavors follow with pops of assorted citrus, complex grape notes, and a touch of dank pine in a luscious body and a nice EQJuice finish with a balanced pointed bitterness.
