Maybe we found a niche with this post, but it’s our opinion, not just this beer, but 2021 in general. Not saying 2020 wasn’t top of the chain, up there with the rest, just pump the breaks a little...let the Bert hurt begin. Based off a scaled down version of a team favorite, Even More Unbalanced, we pumped the brakes to scale it down into a DIPA. Using an increased dry hop rate with some of our hand selected hops, this blend of Citra, Galaxy, Sultana, Mosaic, and Amarillo pours an intensely hazy tangerine color with a blast of bright tropical mango, pineapple, stone fruit and complex berry. The taste is blended tropical fruit with a fluffy tropical finish and a proper bitterness for balance. We Love(less) 2020 compared to this hop combo.
