This is the Double IPA version of Mai Tai, a true West Coast Double IPA that’s the culmination of Mosaic, through a variety of progressive hopping techniques and hop products. "Tropical" doesn't do it justice - all the passionfruit, mango, and guava notes with a heavy blueberry and white wine-like grape presence permeate with each sip, backed by moderate bitterness and an ultra dry finish.
