Owl Farm Unique Fermentations Watermelon Tajin Gose

Gose is a beer that originated in Goslar, Germany.  It is usually brewed with a high percentage of malted wheat.  Dominant flavours in gose include a lemon-like sourness, coriander, and a strong saltiness.  Gose beers typically do not have prominent hop character.  We deviate from a historical gose, by using the Mexican spice Tajin instead of salt and by adding copious amounts of watermelon.
